Instance Tutorial

Step 1		Talk Newoz and Runane, Kill all the mobs in the next room to spawn the next set of NPCs and repeat until you reach room 22.
Step 2		At room 5 and 10, talk to Ferre to spawn the Jitterbug.
Step 3		At the final room, talk to Newoz to spawn the final boss Awakened Ferre.
