There are two modes in this instance Normal / Hard, both can be soloed if you have decent mid gear.

The cool down of the instance is ~3 hours, with shared cool down, meaning doing Normal will block you from doing Hard until the next cool down reset.

Speed run record applies only for Hard mode.

All the party members that holds the fastest clearance of this instance will receive follwing on record reset.
