- Loopholes
- Any attempt to use loopholes to your advantage, despite the application of common sense, will be met with an application of the "Catch All" rule. Do not attempt to play games with us. If you are unsure if something is illegal or not, ASK before doing so.
- Names [Given the option to rename pr delete character]
- All names, whether they belong to guilds, characters, or pets, need to be appropriate for the game. At most, they should be suitable for a pg-13 rating. If you are unsure whether or not your name is okay, then it is best not to use it.
- Account Sharing
- Although not technically illegal, account sharing is heavily frowned upon. Not only does it put your account at risk, but it also puts you in danger of not getting helped. If there is any evidence of sharing, actual or circumstantial, the GM Team reserves the right to refuse to help you in various situations. The account holder is responsible for any and all things that take place when logged in, so "my brother uses my account" will not be a sufficient defense. The entire account will suffer any and all consequences, regardless of how many people use it.
- Email Ownership
- Whatever you do, do not give up the email attached to your account, it is your account LIFELINE. We will offer email changes if you are the sole person logging into the account going back for some time, that judgement will be made by the person handling the email change.
- Item Recovery Policy
- Don’t lend valuable items to anyone for any reason.
- Don’t let someone else transfer your items between your characters for you. Use the ingame mail service, or in cases where the characters on the same account, do it through Kafra.
- Don’t give out your password to someone.
- When giving items to someone, walk away from other players before trading. Double-check the other character’s name at the top of the trade window before giving items. Make sure you didn’t deal the wrong character.
- When doing such trades, do not pay the other party first.
- Check all items in the trade window on both sides before clicking “Trade”. Make sure they are really giving you the items they said they would, and make sure you didn’t give the wrong item to them.
- If you got scammed, report the scam immediately by submitting a Support Ticket. If you take longer than 24 hours from the time you discovered the scam to report, we may not be able to help you. Although, we may not be able to recover your scammed items, but only to punish the scammer.
- If someone claims to be a Gamemaster in-game and asks you for your password, don’t give it to them. Real Gamemasters will not ask you in-game for your password. Instead, take a screenshot of the conversation and submit a Support Ticket immediately.
- When vending, make sure that the correct price is set.
- When overupgrading, make sure that the item you’re upgrading is the right one. Accidental upgrades will not be recovered.
- Please note that, GM's can't create and will never trade/give out items to recover your own mistakes!
